About the role
The Production Operator performs non‑critical, first‑level tasks on the manufacturing floor, ensuring that production targets are met while adhering to quality, safety and food‑handling standards.
Key responsibilities
- Execute first‑level operational activities that are classified as non‑critical.
- Maintain productivity and meet the established production plan.
- Follow quality, safety and HACCP regulations to guarantee food safety.
- Complete assigned tasks efficiently, respecting the workload allocated to each area.
- Protect company assets by ensuring proper use and upkeep of equipment.
Required profile
- Primary education (sixth grade) completed.
- No prior experience required.
