About the role
The Production Operator performs non‑critical tasks on the shop floor, supporting the first‑level manufacturing process. This entry‑level position ensures that production targets are met while adhering to quality, safety, and food‑handling standards.
Key responsibilities
- Execute first‑level operational activities that are classified as non‑critical.
- Maintain productivity and meet the assigned production load for each area.
- Follow HACCP guidelines and comply with governmental food‑safety regulations.
- Protect company assets by ensuring proper use and maintenance of equipment.
Required profile
- Primary education (sixth grade) or equivalent.
- No prior work experience required.
- Ability to follow procedures, policies, and defined processes.
Required skills
- Knowledge of HACCP food‑safety principles.
