About the role
This position involves performing non‑critical, entry‑level tasks on the production floor. The operator works under defined procedures, policies and processes to help meet the established production plan.
Key responsibilities
- Execute first‑level operational activities that are classified as non‑critical, ensuring productivity.
- Maintain compliance with production, quality and food‑safety standards.
- Complete assigned tasks efficiently, meeting the workload targets for each area.
- Produce according to quality, safety and governmental regulations, following technical specifications and the HACCP system.
- Care for company assets, ensuring proper operation and appropriate use.
Required profile
- Primary education up to sixth grade.
- No prior work experience required.
Required skills
- Basic understanding of food‑safety principles, specifically HACCP.
