About the role
We are looking for a Production Operator (Operario de Producción 1) to perform non‑critical tasks on the shop floor. The role supports the production plan by following defined procedures, policies and processes, ensuring that output meets quality, safety and productivity standards.
Key responsibilities
- Execute first‑level operational activities that are classified as non‑critical, maintaining productivity and adherence to production, quality and food‑safety standards.
- Complete assigned tasks efficiently, meeting the workload targets for each work area.
- Produce goods in compliance with quality, safety and governmental regulations, following technical specifications and the HACCP system.
- Care for company assets, ensuring proper operation and appropriate use of equipment and tools.
Required profile
- Primary education (sixth grade) or equivalent.
- No prior work experience required.
Required skills
- Basic food handling knowledge.
- Understanding of HACCP principles.
