About the role
The Production Operator (Level 1) performs non‑critical tasks on the shop floor, supporting the manufacturing process in a food‑handling environment. The role follows established procedures, policies, and processes to help meet the daily production plan.
Key responsibilities
- Execute first‑level operational activities that are classified as non‑critical.
- Maintain productivity while adhering to production, quality, and food‑safety standards.
- Follow HACCP guidelines and comply with governmental regulations on food safety.
- Complete assigned tasks efficiently, ensuring the workload for each area is met.
- Protect company assets by ensuring proper use and upkeep of equipment.
Required profile
- Primary education (sixth grade) or equivalent.
- No prior experience required.
Required skills
- No specific technical skills required; ability to follow instructions and work safely in a production environment.
