About the role
The Production Operator performs non‑critical tasks on the shop floor, supporting the manufacturing line to meet the established production plan while adhering to quality, safety and hygiene standards.
Key responsibilities
- Execute first‑level operational activities that are classified as non‑critical.
- Maintain productivity and ensure compliance with production, quality and food‑safety standards.
- Follow HACCP procedures and government regulations related to food handling.
- Complete assigned tasks efficiently, meeting the workload allocated to each area.
- Protect company assets by using equipment correctly and reporting any issues.
Required profile
- Primary education (sixth grade) or equivalent.
- No prior experience required.
- Ability to follow defined procedures, policies and processes.
Required skills
- Basic knowledge of HACCP and food‑handling safety standards.
