About the role
This position involves performing non‑critical, first‑level operational tasks on the production floor. The employee will follow established procedures, policies, and processes to help meet the daily production plan while ensuring food safety and quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Execute first‑level operational activities that are classified as non‑critical.
- Maintain productivity and adhere to production, quality, and food safety standards (including HACCP).
- Complete assigned tasks efficiently, meeting the workload allocated to each area.
- Produce output that complies with governmental regulations and technical specifications.
- Safeguard company assets by ensuring proper use and functionality of equipment.
Required profile
- Primary education (sixth grade) completed.
- No prior work experience required.
