About the role

The Production Operator (Operario de Producción) performs non‑critical tasks on the shop floor, supporting the manufacturing process in accordance with established procedures, policies and safety standards. This entry‑level position is ideal for candidates with basic education who are ready to contribute to a reliable production plan.

Key responsibilities

Execute first‑level operational activities that are classified as non‑critical, ensuring productivity and adherence to production, quality and food‑safety standards.
Carry out assigned tasks efficiently, meeting the workload targets for each area of the plant.
Produce goods that comply with quality, safety and governmental regulations, following technical specifications and the HACCP system.
Maintain and protect company assets, ensuring proper operation and appropriate use of equipment.

Required profile

Primary education completed (sixth grade).
No prior work experience required.

Required skills

Basic understanding of HACCP and food‑safety principles.
