About the role
The Production Operator (Level 1) performs non‑critical tasks on the shop floor, following defined procedures, policies and processes to support the established production plan.
Key responsibilities
- Execute first‑level operational activities that are classified as non‑critical, ensuring productivity and adherence to production, quality and food‑safety standards.
- Carry out assigned tasks efficiently, meeting the production load allocated to each area.
- Produce according to quality, safety and governmental regulations, complying with technical specifications and the HACCP system.
- Safeguard company assets by ensuring proper use and maintenance of equipment.
Required profile
- Primary education (sixth grade) or equivalent.
- No prior experience required.
Required skills
- Basic knowledge of HACCP principles and food‑safety handling.
