Operations Administrator

About the role

We are seeking an Operations Administrator to support our manufacturing plant in Zona Franca Internacional, Olocuilta. Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will work across purchasing, planning, inventory, finance and general administration, gaining broad exposure to a growing operation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage quotations, purchase orders, supplier follow‑up and local sourcing.
• Support production schedules, material availability and coordinate production requirements.
• Handle inventory transactions, cycle counts, material movements and discrepancy follow‑up.
• Process invoices, maintain documentation and provide ERP/NetSuite support.
• Assist the Plant Manager with day‑to‑day operational coordination.

Required profile

• University degree or technical education in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management or related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, supply chain, finance, administration or operations.
• Strong Excel and general systems skills; ERP experience is required.
• English proficiency sufficient for communication with teams outside El Salvador (a plus, not mandatory).
• Excellent organizational, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
