Operations Analyst Bilingual – SME Support

About the role

Join a dynamic team that supports DoorDash’s global network of consumers, dashers, merchants and frontline teammates. The Operations Analyst provides top‑tier support, handling cases across multiple lines of business and collaborating with BPO partners.

Key responsibilities

• Provide quick case knowledge and solutions for Consumers, Dashers and Merchants, partnering with BPOs or taking direct action based on permission levels.
• Manage complex cases and escalations to ensure resolution.
• Own end‑to‑end support for internal and external customers, answering teammate questions and removing roadblocks.
• Identify gaps and failures in processes, knowledge bases and behaviors, and propose improvements.
• Stay current with best practices across all front‑line lines of business (Cx, Mx, Dx).

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 months experience within DoorDash account.
• Consistently meet or exceed metrics for Dasher phone interactions.
• At least 95% attendance record.
• Minimum of 3 months employment with TELUS Digital.
• No active disciplinary processes.
• Schedule flexibility and ability to work onsite or remotely as needed.
