Operations Coordinator – Home Services (Remote, LATAM)

About the role

Join a growing home‑service company that installs appliances and provides plumbing services. As the right‑hand to the owner, you will manage plumbing calls, schedule jobs, and ensure every invoice is issued and paid, all from a remote location in Latin America.

Key responsibilities

• Answer all incoming plumbing calls, record caller details and issue.
• Book plumbing jobs in FieldPulse, the company’s CRM for scheduling and invoicing.
• Call customers from the previous day to confirm work quality and payment status.
• Verify that plumbers submit invoices and follow up on unpaid bills.
• Review paid and unpaid invoices with the owner on a weekly basis.
• Track price quotes and new job requests until a next step is defined.
• Assist with obtaining permits for plumbing jobs.
• Redirect appropriate calls to the appliance team and keep the owner updated via WhatsApp and email.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and proactive follow‑up without being prompted.
• Clear spoken English and confidence handling calls with U.S. customers.
• Accurate note‑taking and ability to maintain a personal list of open items.
• Calm, firm demeanor when dealing with rude or difficult customers.
• Quick learner of new software systems; prior experience with FieldPulse is a plus but not required.

Required skills

• FieldPulse (CRM) – scheduling, invoicing and customer management.
• General CRM usage – ability to navigate and update job‑tracking systems.
