Operations Coordinator (Remote, El Salvador)

About the role

Alpha-Lumina is looking for a dependable Operations Coordinator to manage client communications, coordinate project workflows, and support collaboration between its California team and partners in China and Hong Kong. The role is fully remote and based in El Salvador.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients via phone, email, and video meetings, providing updates on project status, invoices, orders, and logistics.
• Prepare and maintain quotations, invoices, purchase orders, and product specifications; track order progress, payments, samples, and shipping schedules.
• Coordinate with colleagues and partners in China and Hong Kong to confirm requirements, monitor deadlines, and flag quality or delivery concerns.
• Maintain organized digital records of project activities and client communications, proactively identifying delays and following up.
• Collaborate across departments to resolve issues, collect client feedback, and improve internal workflows and documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in project coordination, customer service, administrative support, or operations.
• Excellent spoken and written English; Mandarin or Cantonese is a plus.
• Reliable high‑speed internet, a quiet workspace, and a computer capable of video calls.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace.
• Comfortable using video‑conferencing, shared documents, and project‑management tools.

What we offer

• Monthly salary of USD $850–$1,100, based on experience.
• Full‑time schedule (40 hours/week) with paid holidays and 17 paid days off annually.
• Fully remote work arrangement from El Salvador.
