Operations Manager – Sales (El Salvador)

About the role

As a Sales Operations Manager you will oversee Team Leaders or Senior Team Leaders across one or two lines of business, ensuring consistent delivery of KPIs and strong operational governance. You will drive performance, engagement and professional development of the sales team while maintaining policy compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure achievement of sales‑specific KPIs such as revenue, conversion rate, upsell/cross‑sell, AOV and CAC.
• Drive team performance through data‑driven analysis, forecasting, skill development, incentives and gamification.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to optimise funnel conversion and maximise revenue growth.
• Conduct pipeline audits and lead‑volume analysis to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks.
• Implement performance‑management frameworks using analytics for real‑time coaching.
• Partner with marketing and product teams to refine value propositions and sales collateral.
• Oversee forecasting accuracy for reliable revenue projections and resource allocation.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months experience as an Operations Manager.
• 2+ years progressive managerial experience in operations or sales.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or related field.
• Fluent English (B2+ level) and schedule flexibility.
• Proven experience in B2B and B2C sales or retention environments.

Required skills

• Deep expertise in sales methodologies such as SPIN, Challenger and Sandler.
• Strong proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics platforms.
• Ability to perform data‑driven sales forecasting and pipeline analysis.
• Experience managing high‑volume sales metrics and quota attainment.
