Operations & Sales Team Leader – CX Operations

About the role

As an Operations and Sales Team Leader for CX Operations at TELUS Digital, you will drive aggressive revenue growth by leading a high‑performing outbound sales team. You will be responsible for strategic outreach, pipeline management, and ensuring the team meets key performance indicators in a fast‑paced, quota‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively manage and achieve outbound sales KPIs such as close rate, conversion rate, outbound contact rate, and ACV.
• Plan and execute strategic outreach and pipeline management to maximize lead conversion.
• Deliver high‑impact coaching on objection handling, consultative selling, and advanced negotiation.
• Support onboarding and nesting programs for new hires to accelerate time‑to‑productivity.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of program updates, system changes, promotional offers, and product enhancements.
• Handle operational tasks including performance reporting, analytics, time‑and‑attendance tracking, and absence management.
• Promote adoption of technology, automation, and AI tools to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a highly engaged team culture focused on revenue accountability.

Required profile

• 1+ years of experience in operations, operations support, or related sales roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or related field preferred.
• Proven B2B and B2C sales experience with a track record of meeting quota.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret sales indicators and adjust strategy in real time.
• Excellent communication skills in English (B2+ oral and written).
• Motivational leadership, critical thinking, and resilience in high‑pressure environments.
