Operations Success Associate

About the role

AppDirect is seeking a detail‑oriented Operations Success Associate to manage purchasing activities, vendor coordination, order fulfillment, and internal platform updates. The role ensures timely and accurate deliveries, troubleshoots order issues, and supports process improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Process daily orders to vendors, prepare and send information, troubleshoot issues, and update internal systems.
• Reconcile exceptions by collaborating with internal and external teams to resolve delivery delays or end‑of‑life communications.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with Service Level Objectives, raising risks as needed.
• Utilize tools such as JIRA, Slack, and Retool for operational tasks.
• Participate in team huddles, war rooms, and ad‑hoc meetings, contributing updates and insights.
• Identify process improvement opportunities, document changes, and surface tool requests for prioritization.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business or related field (preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in operations, procurement, or supply chain management.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage cross‑functional communication.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on efficiency and problem‑solving.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Experience with procurement processes, placing orders, and managing lead times.
• Familiarity with vendors, OEMs, distributors, and resellers.
• Proficiency in JIRA, Slack, and Retool (preferred).
