Order Fulfillment & Logistics Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Order Fulfillment & Logistics Specialist to join our Operations team. You will manage customer orders from entry through shipment, ensuring timely and accurate execution across multiple systems, warehouse partners, carriers, and retail platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Enter and maintain customer orders in the Open Order Report and process them accurately in QuickBooks Enterprise.
• Submit orders through warehouse portals, verify details, and monitor for missing or incorrect information.
• Coordinate carriers, track daily shipment activity, update tracking information, and resolve transportation issues.
• Process order modifications, cancellations, and communicate changes to warehouse partners.
• Send Purchase Order Acknowledgements via SPS Commerce, manage Advanced Shipping Notices (ASN), and handle Bills of Lading.
• Track and maintain shipment documentation, ensuring compliance with EDI requirements.
