About the role

Tigo El Salvador is looking for an Order to Cash (O2C) intern to support its Order to Cash team in a Shared Service Center. The project lasts 6 months and focuses on financial operations such as reconciliations, transaction management, accounts receivable and analysis of operational differences. The position is based in El Salvador.

Key responsibilities

Support reconciliation processes and validation of financial transactions
Follow up on operational differences and incidents identified in the processes
Contribute to accounts receivable activities, payment applications and internal request handling
Prepare, validate and record information in the area's tools and systems
Take part in process documentation and continuous improvement initiatives

Required profile

Active student in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering or a related field
Analytical curiosity and attention to detail
Good organizational, teamwork and communication skills

Required skills

Basic knowledge of Excel
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
