Outbound Sales Development Representative

About the role

We are seeking an Outbound Sales Development Representative to generate pipeline for a B2B sales intelligence platform targeting SMB and mid‑market accounts across Latin America. You will conduct high‑volume outreach, qualify prospects, and book qualified meetings for the sales team, leveraging AI tools daily.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high‑volume outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to target accounts.
• Research and qualify prospects using AI‑assisted tools and the platform’s intelligence.
• Write personalized cold outreach that drives responses and avoids spam perception.
• Handle objections, maintain momentum, and book qualified meetings with detailed notes.
• Log all activity and pipeline metrics in the CRM, tracking volume and conversion.

Required profile

• Prior SDR, outbound sales, or lead generation experience with a proven meeting‑booking record.
• Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
• Comfortable using AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) daily for research and outreach personalization.
• Self‑directed, disciplined, and able to meet daily activity targets in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to work a rotating weekend schedule (both Saturday and Sunday).
