Outside Sales Representative

About the role

Garcia Roofing is seeking motivated Outside Sales Representatives to sell roof repairs and replacements and manage each project through completion.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect, measure, and estimate residential roofs.
• Meet with homeowners, present options, and close sales.
• Consistently follow up with leads and customers.
• Manage every job you sell through completion and serve as the homeowner’s primary point of contact.
• Maintain accurate notes and updates in the CRM and support operations during slower periods.

Required profile

• Strong follow‑up habits and ability to stay organized with leads and customers.
• Comfortable climbing roofs and working outdoors.
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to manage appointments, follow‑ups, and sold projects independently.
• Sales or construction experience preferred, but not required.

What we offer

• Choose between salary plus commission or full commission.
• Current reps average an annualized pace of approximately $133,000, with top performers earning $200,000+.
• $500 per week training pay for the first eight weeks (full commission only).
• Approved personal truck use, $500 monthly vehicle allowance, and higher commission rates.
