Paid Media Specialist – Google & Meta Ads

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Paid Media Specialist to design, launch, and optimise advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads. The ideal candidate will translate business objectives into data‑driven strategies, continuously monitor performance, and apply insights to improve results.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, manage, and optimise campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Conduct keyword, audience, competitor, and market research to inform targeting.
• Develop campaign structures aligned with client goals and budgets.
• Monitor performance, identify tracking issues, and ensure accurate conversion measurement.
• Test audiences, creative concepts, offers, ad copy, and landing pages.
• Translate campaign data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with creative and account teams to enhance campaign outcomes.
• Leverage AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) when helpful for research, ideation, reporting, and workflow efficiency.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Strong understanding of campaign structure, targeting, bidding, budgeting, and optimisation.
• Knowledge of conversion tracking, attribution models, and performance metrics.
• Ability to interpret data, explain why results occur, and recommend next steps.
• Detail‑oriented with solid account‑management skills.
• Proactive in prioritising tasks and taking ownership of campaign performance.
• Testing mindset and genuine interest in continuous learning.
