Payments Technical Support Specialist

About the role

Join the Payments Operations Team at Ria Money Transfer and provide seamless support to a growing network of partners across the Americas. The Payments Technical Support Specialist will lead the live operations of Ria, Xe and Dandelion services, handling back‑office administration, partner lifecycle management and data analytics within a 24/7 global environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑level support to existing partners, resolving incidents quickly and efficiently.
• Detect anomalies and errors in payment instruction delivery and monitor inbound/outbound global payment flows.
• Perform API integration, maintenance, and develop comprehensive documentation for configurations, workflows and troubleshooting steps.
• Ensure compliance with company security standards and regulatory requirements, conducting functional and regression testing.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product teams and external vendors, and create performance reports on integration status, issues and resolutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Science or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in API integration, technical support or a similar role.
• Experience in regulated, technical environments such as fintech, money‑transfer or banking.
• Project‑management experience and familiarity with financial accounting concepts.
• Strong communication skills in English and Spanish, with the ability to influence cross‑functional and leadership teams.
