People and Culture Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a People and Culture Specialist to shape and lead a vibrant, cohesive organizational culture that fosters belonging, emotional commitment, and institutional pride. The role will position the organization as an attractive, human‑focused employer and ensure that our values are lived daily.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute an internal culture strategy aligned with the organization’s purpose and vision.
• Diagnose current cultural state and define continuous‑evolution plans.
• Lead internal communication campaigns using storytelling, inclusion, and purpose.
• Co‑create active listening and recognition spaces with leaders and teams.
• Develop and implement holistic wellbeing, emotional connection, and community‑building initiatives.
• Coordinate employer‑brand actions (events, social media, external presence) together with marketing.
• Identify and measure key indicators such as climate, engagement, identity, and satisfaction.
• Serve as the cultural spokesperson in internal and external forums.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with HR, Communications, Talent, Legal, and Leadership.

Required profile

• University degree in Marketing, Communication, Organizational Psychology, Sociology, Human Resources or related fields.
• Specialized training in human development, conscious leadership, storytelling or organizational wellbeing (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in organizational culture, internal communication, employer branding or talent development.
• Strategic design, emotional communication, group facilitation and non‑hierarchical leadership abilities.
• Positive energy, inclusive mindset and strong interpersonal connection skills.
