Personal Injury Intake Specialist (Remote, El Salvador)

About the role

A personal injury firm growing faster than it can hire is looking for intake specialists to answer injured callers and screen cases. The position is fully remote and available to candidates living in El Salvador who can legally work there as independent contractors. Full-time hours are offered, and the next training class starts in early November.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and online inquiries quickly, with a standard response time of 10 to 30 seconds
• Screen and qualify cases: accident facts, injuries, insurance and treatment
• Enter every lead into the case management software accurately
• Order police reports and get claims moving
• Spot urgent cases and escalate them to an attorney

Required profile

• 2+ years of intake at a US personal injury law firm, including screening, qualifying and signing injured callers
• Clear, natural spoken and written English, tested in a live video interview and in the application
• Ability to work US-overlap shifts, including days, evenings, overnights and weekends
• Comfortable with call audits, where a manager reviews five calls each day
• Reliable computer, headset, stable internet and a quiet place to work
• Comfortable being tracked with Hubstaff (time and screenshots) and protecting private client and medical information

Experience in call centers, customer service, sales, collections, virtual assistance or other legal practice areas does not count. Applications are reviewed only if all requirements are met; experience must be verified and references may be checked.
