Phone Screening Recruiter

About the role

We are looking for a Recruiter with full cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees. This person will collaborate with department managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct phone screenings to assess minimum qualifications and basic communication skills of applicants.
• Meet the set daily and weekly quota for number of phone interview passers to be processed for the next recruitment stage.
• Input necessary and accurate information in process trackers and the applicant database in a timely manner.
• Monitor online resume databases and other resources.
• Attend team meetings and calibration sessions with the recruitment specialists.
• Help back‑office/administrative work supporting the phone screening process.
• Help the walk‑in recruiting process and off‑site recruiting activities.

Required profile

• Desirable work experience as a recruiter or similar role.
• Studies in Psychology or any business‑related field (desirable).
• Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks.
• Knowledge of full lifecycle recruiting components including sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, legal, job analysis, wage and salary trends, and relationship management.
• Ability to source and attract highly qualified individuals through cold calling, advertising, networking, and referrals.
• Strong customer service and technical skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office, email, recruiting software and social media sources.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (80% desirable).
