Platform Administrator – Boomi & Camunda

About the role

RSM is seeking a Platform Administrator to manage its enterprise automation platforms, Boomi and Camunda. The role focuses on day‑to‑day administration, environment management, and operational support to ensure platform reliability and compliance with defined standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily administrative tasks such as user access provisioning, role assignments, and configuration changes across Boomi and Camunda environments.
• Support environment setup, maintenance, and consistency for development, test, and production tiers.
• Execute platform configuration changes following approved change management processes.
• Monitor platform health, respond to alerts, and carry out operational checks.
• Assist with incident response by gathering logs, validating configurations, and escalating when necessary.
• Support platform upgrades, patches, and release coordination under the guidance of Platform Leads.
• Maintain up‑to‑date documentation and configuration records.

Required profile

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in platform, system, or application administration.
• Experience supporting production environments with formal change and access control processes.
• Preferred experience with enterprise integration or workflow platforms such as Boomi or Camunda.
