Platform Administrator – Enterprise Automation

About the role

The Platform Administrator, Enterprise Automation Platforms, provides day‑to‑day administrative and operational support for RSM’s Boomi and Camunda platforms. You will ensure environment consistency, manage access, and support platform reliability across development, test, and production environments.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily admin tasks such as user provisioning, role assignments, and configuration changes for Boomi and Camunda.
• Support environment setup, maintenance, and consistency across dev, test, and prod.
• Execute platform configuration changes following approved standards and change processes.
• Assist with monitoring, alert response, and operational checks to maintain platform reliability.
• Support incident response by gathering logs, validating configurations, and escalating when needed.
• Help with platform upgrades, patches, releases, and keep documentation up to date.

Required profile

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in platform or system administration, with formal change and access control processes.
• Experience supporting production environments, preferably with enterprise integration or workflow platforms.
