Platform Administrator

About the role

The Platform Administrator, Enterprise Automation Platforms, will provide day‑to‑day administrative and operational support for RSM’s Boomi and Camunda platforms. You will ensure environment consistency, manage access, execute configuration changes, and support platform reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily administrative tasks across Boomi and Camunda, including user provisioning, role assignments, and configuration updates.
• Support environment setup and maintenance across development, test, and production tiers.
• Execute platform configuration changes following approved standards and change processes.
• Assist with monitoring, alert response, incident handling, and operational checks.
• Support platform upgrades, patches, and release coordination under the direction of Platform Leads.

Required profile

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in platform or system administration, with exposure to production environments and formal change/access control processes.
• Experience with enterprise integration or workflow platforms such as Boomi or Camunda is preferred.
