Platform and AI Enablement Engineer Supervisor

About the role

RSM is seeking a senior Platform and AI Enablement Engineer Supervisor to design and deliver reusable engineering capabilities that boost software delivery, developer productivity, security, and operational excellence across the enterprise.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the creation and maintenance of internal platforms, libraries, templates, and self‑service solutions that enable secure, scalable software delivery.
• Drive AI‑assisted development adoption by evaluating tools, building prompt libraries, and establishing governance standards.
• Implement security, compliance, and observability engineering capabilities, including automation, logging, monitoring, and dashboards.
• Support cloud platform engineering and infrastructure automation using IaC, CI/CD pipelines, and Azure services.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, platform engineering, automation, or Infrastructure as Code.
• Strong hands‑on development background with .NET and React knowledge.
• Proven ability to influence engineering practices at scale and collaborate with architects, platform teams, and leadership.
