Platform Manager – Camunda or Boomi

About the role

The Platform Manager for Camunda or Boomi is responsible for the operational health, reliability, and day‑to‑day execution of the workflow and orchestration platform across the enterprise. This role serves as the primary subject‑matter expert, ensuring the platform is stable, scalable, secure, and ready to support business process automation.

Key responsibilities

• Own operational execution of the Camunda or Boomi platform across all environments, including configuration, monitoring, access models, and lifecycle readiness.
• Provide technical guidance on BPMN workflows, DMN decision models, and platform usage, and handle incident response and root‑cause analysis.
• Implement and enforce platform standards, guardrails, and patterns; review and approve platform changes for security and compliance.
• Partner with Digital Solutions, Architecture, Security, and Risk teams to ensure workflows meet policies and regulatory requirements.
• Support continuous improvement of enablement patterns, documentation, and platform adoption.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of enterprise workflow, automation, or platform experience.
• At least 2 years of hands‑on experience operating Camunda or Boomi in production.
• Strong ownership mindset with ability to influence cross‑functional teams without direct authority.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
