PMO Coordinator

About the role

The Delivery Excellence Team at TELUS Digital helps Professional Services organizations deliver high‑quality customer engagements. As a PMO Coordinator you will work closely with the team to manage the Cloud Professional Services portfolio, ensure delivery quality, and support various administrative and reporting activities.

Key responsibilities

• Orchestrate Quick Launch projects, creating communication and project plans, tracking execution and preparing stakeholder reports.
• Maintain portfolio hygiene by tracking artifacts, risk registers, project plans and status reports.
• Keep learning content up‑to‑date across relevant hubs and reference materials.
• Support the CSAT Closed Loop initiative by managing feedback backlogs, scheduling debrief meetings and reporting progress.
• Assist with data collection, collation and tracking for partner invoices.

Required profile

• Strong problem‑solving abilities and proactive attitude.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Team player with good collaboration skills.
• English proficiency at B2 level (oral and written).
• Current Project Management certification (desirable).
• Bachelor’s degree in social sciences or related field (desirable).
• 3‑5+ years of experience in Project Management or within a PMO (desirable).
