About the role
McCormick is seeking a Production Operator II to join its manufacturing team. In this position you will work on a dedicated production line, ensuring that products are produced safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Follow the production schedule for the assigned line and meet output targets.
- Adhere to all operational, quality, safety, and HACCP procedures.
- Set up, adjust, and prepare industrial equipment for each production run.
Required profile
- Technical high school diploma or equivalent industrial technical studies.
- Experience on a production line is desirable.
- Availability for rotating shifts, including weekends, with no scheduling constraints.
- Strong numerical ability and accurate report writing.
- Demonstrated responsibility, ethics, teamwork, and commitment to meet deadlines.
- Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices.
