About the role

The role is responsible for designing and managing monitoring and control strategies for internal bank projects and regulatory initiatives defined by supervisory bodies. It ensures compliance with laws, regulations, internal policies, and risk‑management standards while representing the Deposits Services area as a product owner.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute work plans for strategic projects involving Deposit Services, guaranteeing regulatory and internal compliance.
• Act as the product owner for deposit operations, participating in EVC and related environments to implement new initiatives and IT architectures.
• Coordinate internal and external audit processes, including SOX, and develop transversal work plans to meet audit deadlines.
• Develop action plans for continuous improvement and operational risk management using statistical models and iterative methodologies.
• Design and implement flow improvements for new and existing processes to increase efficiency, effectiveness and productivity.
• Align accounting practices across related areas, ensuring consistent definitions and timely regulatory compliance.
• Implement appropriate accounting controls, document work plans and propose operational and risk‑based improvements.

Required profile

• Graduate in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Proven ability to influence and generate impact across teams.
• Strong knowledge of innovative tools, methodologies and digital trends.
• Understanding of corporate values such as sustainable growth, extraordinary performance and dynamism.
