Professional Bilingual Receptionist (Evenings & Weekends) – Freelance

About the role

We are seeking a professional, bilingual receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients during evenings and weekends. The position is remote and requires a friendly, organized individual with native‑like English fluency.

Key responsibilities

• Answer and route incoming calls, messages, and emails promptly and professionally.
• Greet clients, handle inquiries, and provide clear information.
• Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments while keeping the calendar up to date.
• Maintain client records and take accurate messages, escalating urgent matters.
• Support basic administrative tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Based in the Dominican Republic, El Salvador, or Colombia.
• C2‑level English with a recognized certificate (Cambridge C2, IELTS 8.5+, TOEFL 114+, or EF SET 71+).
• Previous experience in reception, front‑desk, customer service, or call‑center roles serving English‑speaking clients.
• Reliable, punctual, and available for the full schedule (Mon‑Fri 5‑8 PM ET; Sat‑Sun 8 AM‑5 PM ET).
• Stable high‑speed internet, backup connection/power, and a quiet workspace.
