Program & Project Management Manager

About the role

As a Program & Project Management Manager at RSM, you will lead large, complex transformation engagements across multiple industries, including the public sector and healthcare. You will oversee planning, execution, and completion of projects ranging from $600K to $2M, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, regulatory requirements, and client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage large‑scale ERP and business intelligence transformations, delivering within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Establish and maintain program governance frameworks for effective decision‑making.
• Control project scope and change requests in line with Statements of Work.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and communicate impacts clearly.
• Lead and motivate cross‑functional teams, resolving issues proactively.
• Identify risks early, develop mitigation strategies, and monitor budgets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
• Proven experience managing complex projects of $600K–$2M.
• Strong understanding of project and program management methodologies.
• Experience with regulatory compliance, operational modernization, and system integration.
• PMP certification preferred.
