Program & Project Management Manager

About the role

RSM is seeking a Program & Project Management Manager to lead large, complex transformation engagements across multiple industries, including public sector and healthcare. You will oversee projects ranging from $600K to $2M, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, regulatory requirements, and client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage large‑scale engagements such as ERP and business intelligence transformations, delivering within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Establish and maintain program governance frameworks, scope and change management processes, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships, lead and motivate project teams, and monitor budgets and financial performance.
• Support business development through discovery calls, pipeline development, and sales enablement activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing complex projects and programs in the $600K–$2M range.
• Strong understanding of project and program management methodologies and regulatory compliance.
• Self‑starter with ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with project management tools such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, and Asana.
• PMP certification (preferred).
