Project Management Supervisor – Outsourced Solutions

About the role

The Project Management Supervisor will lead planning, execution, and delivery of operational initiatives within the Catamaran practice at RSM. You will partner with business stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, risks are managed, and outcomes are achieved.

Key responsibilities

• Lead delivery of multiple concurrent projects, developing plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Partner with business stakeholders and sponsors, communicate status, and facilitate meetings.
• Identify and manage risks using RAID logs and implement mitigation strategies.
• Follow project management standards, provide executive‑level reporting, and maintain documentation.
• Drive process improvements and support scalable delivery models.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of project management or operations experience, managing multiple projects.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or ServiceNow.
• Knowledge of Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
