About the role

Zuccini Kids Corp. is seeking a full‑time, on‑site Project Manager in San Salvador to lead end‑to‑end project execution. The role involves planning timelines, defining deliverables, coordinating resources and monitoring progress to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within scope.

Key responsibilities

• Plan project timelines, define deliverables and coordinate cross‑functional resources.
• Track milestones, identify risks and implement corrective actions.
• Manage communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Align logistics and production activities with project requirements and ensure quality standards through regular inspections.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reports, supporting continuous improvement and workflow optimisation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in project management and expediting.
• Experience in logistics management and expediting activities.
• Background in inspection, quality checks and ensuring compliance.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and organisational abilities.
• Relevant degree in Business, Engineering, Logistics or equivalent practical experience.
