Project Manager

About the role

Applaudo is seeking a Project Manager to own and lead projects from definition through delivery. The role requires full‑time onsite presence in San Salvador and focuses on high‑impact, regional or social‑impact initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Define, maintain, and track structured work plans, milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
• Manage critical paths, roadmaps, and schedules, ensuring timely delivery in high‑pressure environments.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, blockers, and dependencies proactively.
• Coordinate with technical and non‑technical teams to align execution with business objectives.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders, providing concise updates and prioritization.

Required profile

• 5+ years of end‑to‑end project management experience with a strong focus on execution and delivery.
• Proven ability to work with multidisciplinary teams, including Engineering, QA, UX/UI, Product, and Business.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills.
• Professional English proficiency and willingness to work onsite.

Required skills

• Project Management certification (PMP or equivalent) – nice to have.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Experience using project management and collaboration tools.
