About the role

Genfar is looking for a Point‑of‑Sale Promoter to drive the growth of its generic medicines in the assigned territory. The role focuses on ensuring product availability, improving distribution metrics and supporting trade‑marketing initiatives at retail locations.

Key responsibilities

• Set and manage distribution quotas for each point of sale based on rotation/evacuation targets assigned by the Point‑of‑Sale Manager.
• Negotiate with distributors and retail chains to meet targets for distribution, penetration, depth and market share.
• Conduct daily on‑site inventory checks across the full product portfolio and report consolidated results weekly to the immediate supervisor.
• Maintain up‑to‑date rotation sheets and point‑of‑sale information in the CRM system.
• Plan and execute monthly visit schedules according to the importance of each retail location.
• Ensure required on‑site coverage and visit frequency as defined by the Commercial Direction.

Required profile

• Basic knowledge of Excel and Power BI.
• Experience in commercial data analysis.
• Background in the pharmaceutical or consumer goods sector.
• Preferably familiar with independent retail channels and large chain formats.
