About the role

The Sales Promoter is responsible for driving product sales through effective display, rotation, and promotional activities at retail locations. Working closely with store partners, the role ensures product availability, optimal presentation, and achievement of sales targets. The position involves regular interaction with customers and store staff to maximize product visibility and encourage purchase decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct inventory checks to assess stock levels, product rotation, and non‑moving items, and request replenishment for retail points.
• Plan and execute product promotions and displays in stores to meet established sales goals.
• Carry out promotional activities aimed at increasing product sales and market presence.
• Maintain product rotation according to company guidelines, ensuring proper condition and attractive presentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and store regulations while promoting the product.

Required profile

• Minimum education: 9th grade; preferably high school diploma.
• At least 1 year of customer‑service experience; 2 years of sales promotion or similar experience is a plus.
• Ability to work with tools commonly used in supermarkets.
