About the role
The Sales Promoter is responsible for driving product sales through effective exhibition, rotation, and promotional activities at retail points of sale. The role ensures compliance with company policies and store regulations while aiming to meet sales targets and generate profit.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct inventory checks (stock levels, rotation, and non‑moving items) and request replenishment orders for retail locations.
- Plan and schedule product promotions and displays to achieve established targets.
- Execute promotional activities that boost product visibility and sales.
- Manage product rotation according to guidelines to maintain availability, good condition, and attractive presentation.
Required profile
- Minimum education: 9th grade; preferably a high school diploma.
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service; 2 years in sales promotion is desirable.
- Ability to work with tools commonly used in supermarkets.
