About the role

The Owner will lead CLÍNICA ÁNGELES, a diagnostic imaging centre focused on early breast cancer detection. This senior position involves shaping the clinic’s overall strategy, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring high‑quality patient care in a professional environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the clinic’s global strategy and business objectives.
• Supervise day‑to‑day operations, coordinating medical and administrative teams.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and ethical guidelines.
• Maintain the clinic’s financial sustainability through budgeting, cost control, and performance analysis.
• Lead process‑improvement initiatives and manage relationships with suppliers and health‑care partners.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing health‑care facilities, clinics, or medical centres.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and multidisciplinary team‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication skills with a patient‑centred and ethical approach.
• University degree in administration, health‑care management or a related field.
• Experience in the health sector and intermediate proficiency with office tools is valued.
