QA Engineer – Conversational Agents

About the role

We are looking for a QA Engineer specialized in conversational agents to join our Artificial Intelligence team. The role focuses on ensuring the quality, accuracy, and reliability of our chatbots and voicebots through manual, automated, and security testing, while continuously improving the user experience.

Key responsibilities

• Design, execute, and maintain manual, automated, and security test suites for chatbots and voicebots.
• Create test cases and evaluation prompts to validate precision, coherence, context, conversational flows, FAQs, error handling, and overall user experience.
• Analyze test results, identify false positives/negatives, and document functional, conversational, logical, integration, and performance defects.
• Review real‑world production conversations to uncover opportunities for improving natural language understanding, intent coverage, response quality, and user satisfaction.
• Validate integrations with APIs, databases, conversational platforms, external systems, telephony services, and IVR.
• Participate in proof‑of‑concepts for new AI models and tools before deployment.
• Generate technical and executive reports with quality metrics, coverage, findings, risks, and recommendations.
• Collaborate continuously with QA Manager, Project Managers, developers, researchers, and product owners.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with a passion for AI and conversational technologies.
• Experience in testing AI‑driven applications, especially chatbots or voicebots.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setting, attending on‑site when needed.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with multidisciplinary international teams.
