Recruitment Administrator (Trilingual)

About the role

Join Dollarcity’s Support Center team and help shape the future by managing the full recruitment cycle for store employees across Latin America. You will coordinate job postings, schedule interviews, and maintain accurate candidate records while communicating fluently in English, Spanish, and French.

Key responsibilities

• Screen candidate applications to assess knowledge, skills, and abilities for each position.
• Conduct intake sessions with hiring managers to validate job responsibilities, outcomes, and required competencies.
• Coordinate and participate in interviews, ensuring a smooth candidate experience and thorough selection decisions.
• Facilitate behavioral, technical, and situational interview evaluations.
• Identify and implement improvements to the hiring experience for managers and candidates.
• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to deliver a high‑touch experience and follow best recruiting practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology or a related field.
• At least 3 years of recruiting experience, preferably for experienced/professional hiring.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication in English, Spanish, and French.
• Proven ability to build relationships at all organizational levels.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Dynamic, customer‑focused attitude with a sense of urgency.
