Recruitment Analyst – English Screener

About the role

We are looking for a Recruitment Analyst English Screener to join Dollarcity’s Support Center. In this role you will drive the end‑to‑end hiring process for a variety of positions across our retail network, ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience while supporting our bilingual environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment plans to attract qualified talent for multiple store and corporate roles.
• Conduct virtual interviews in English, assess candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit.
• Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and manage the full recruitment workflow, including follow‑ups and candidate communications.
• Collaborate with Recruitment Administrators and hiring leads to understand staffing needs and provide timely updates.
• Maintain accurate records of candidates and recruitment activities in the ATS.
• Provide feedback on recruitment processes and suggest improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in retail or BPO environments.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with advanced English proficiency.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting while maintaining confidentiality.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts between 5:00 p.m. and 3:00 a.m.

Required skills

• Proficiency with recruitment software/ATS.
