Recruitment Manager (On-site, El Salvador)

About the role

We are seeking a Recruitment Manager to lead our on‑site recruitment team in El Salvador. The role will drive performance, manage candidate flow and ensure hiring results align with business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with operational timelines and hiring priorities.
• Design proactive candidate hunting tactics using LinkedIn, social media, job boards, referrals and other digital platforms.
• Source, screen, coordinate and classify candidates based on profiles, test results and interview outcomes.
• Maintain an organized pipeline, schedule interviews, manage communications and flag risks or bottlenecks.
• Track and analyse recruitment KPIs such as applicant flow, sourcing effectiveness, interview conversion, offer acceptance, fill rate and time‑to‑fill.
• Identify and implement process improvements to support scalable recruitment for future growth.

Required profile

• Previous experience in recruitment leadership, team management or talent acquisition.
• Strong understanding of recruitment funnels, sourcing strategies and candidate experience.
• Proven ability to manage and analyse recruitment KPIs.
• Experience with high‑volume or urgent hiring needs is preferred.
• Exposure to FinTech or financial services environments is a plus.
