About the role

Join the Payments Operations team at Ria Money Transfer to lead and expand our payments network across North, Central, South America and the Caribbean. As the Regional Manager, you will oversee the end‑to‑end partner experience for Ria, Xe and Dandelion services, driving growth and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and grow a team of 10+ operations specialists managing partner onboarding, activation and live support.
• Set clear goals, prioritize initiatives and track KPIs to improve regional efficiency and performance.
• Drive adoption of global processes and standards, enhancing service quality.
• Manage large cross‑functional programs and communicate with multiple stakeholder groups and leadership teams.
• Engage with external partners to improve support consistency and act as the regional escalation point for operational challenges.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in operations leadership with a proven track record of process improvement.
• Strong ability to lead managers and develop high‑performing teams in complex regulatory or technical environments (Fintech).
• Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish, with the ability to influence commercial and technical stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel periodically to global team locations.
• Demonstrated problem‑solving abilities and capacity to deliver results in fast‑paced settings.
