About the role

Join the Payments Operations team at Ria Money Transfer and lead the expansion of our payments network across North, Central, South America and the Caribbean. You will oversee the end‑to‑end partner experience for Ria, Xe and Dandelion services, ensuring smooth onboarding, activation and ongoing support.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and grow a team of 10+ operations specialists managing the full partner lifecycle.
• Set clear goals, track KPIs and drive adoption of global processes and standards.
• Manage large cross‑functional programs and act as the regional escalation point for operational challenges.
• Engage with external partners to improve support consistency and operational quality.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in operations leadership with a proven track record of process improvement.
• Strong ability to lead managers, develop high‑performing teams and deliver results in fast‑paced, regulated environments.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish, with the ability to influence executive and technical stakeholders.
