Remote Inside Sales Representative (El Salvador)

About the role

We are hiring two remote Inside Sales Representatives in El Salvador to convert and keep the clients our AI calling system books appointments with. You are not an appointment setter – the appointments already exist, and your job is to ensure they happen, turn them into signed clients, and keep prospects engaged for future opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Call every booked client the day before and the morning of the appointment to confirm attendance.
• If a client no‑shows, call within the hour and reschedule on the calendar.
• Debrief each appointment within 24 hours with the agent and the client to drive the next step.
• Own a named book of clients, providing market updates, check‑ins, and life‑change follow‑ups to keep the relationship warm.
• Log all activities in Follow Up Boss on the same day.

Required profile

• Near‑native spoken English; US homeowners should never need clarification.
• 2+ years of phone experience with US customers in outbound sales, collections, retention, mortgage, insurance, or real estate.
• Strong written English capable of sending client messages without review.
• Demonstrated average tenure of 18 months or more in previous roles.
• Availability for either 8 am‑5 pm or 12 pm‑9 pm El Salvador time, Monday‑Friday.
• Own computer, headset, quiet workspace, and backup internet connection.

What we offer

• Base salary $1,100‑$1,800 USD per month, paid via Deel.
• $40 for every appointment that is held.
• $250 for each client who signs with us.
• $600 for every transaction that closes.
• $300 quarterly bonus for maintaining a warm client book.
• $450 quarterly retention bonus.
• On‑target earnings $3,600‑$4,600 USD per month.
• Six‑month raise path, 10 paid days off plus Salvadoran public holidays.
• $300 equipment budget and $50 per month toward internet costs.
